Cultural Examination
In the essay about culture, I would first like to examine specific similarities and differences between different cultures. This would give me a chance to learn more about the cultures in order to improve my world view. Instead of just writing facts about these cultures, I would like to take a step further. I want to explain how culture and philosophy relate by connecting the way people to live to their belief systems. I also want to write about how these belief systems can help different cultures relate to each other and work together to create a better world. I want to know how we can improve our cultures and our world to create equality throughout. For example, the use of knowledge, technology and communication can help us do this. Although I believe every aspect of a culture is important, I think it might be hard to use categories such as food and art in examples for this essay since it has to do with improving our world as a whole. I will, however, be using such categories as religion, politics, sports, science, and many others as well. I think this topic is really interesting and I'm hoping to learn a lot from writing this essay.
